Hall Hire - Charges & Contacts

 

Main Hall Hire Charges:

Monday -Thursday : £150 per Hour for minimum of 3 hours. (NVA Life members get 1 hour free,  i.e. 3+1)
Friday : £250 per Hour for minimum 3 hours. (NVA Life Members get 1 hour free, i.e. 3+1)

Saturday - Sunday :  £380 per Hour for minimum of 6 hours. (NVA Life members get 2 hours free, i.e. 6+2)

Above charges includes supplies of Tables & Chairs for use in the Main & Dining halls as well as food warming facilities in the kitchen.

Small Hall (Dining Room) Hire Charges:

Charges are £75 per Hour for minimum of 3 hours. Use of kitchen is subject to availability at an additional cost of £100.00, the hire of the Small Hall is subject to final confirmation by the Hall Secretary two weeks prior to the booking.

NVA Life Members will be entitled to an extra 1 Hour between Monday to Friday & an extra 2 Hours during Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays without further charge.

"Nakro" for sadadi for NVA Life Members & their immediate family members is also available for Free.  Sadadi & Prathna Sabha for non NVA members & NVA annual members, Main Hall rates will apply as shown above.

Deposits for Hall Hiring:

£1000 Refundable after the event.  In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited.  Any damage to the property or cleaning charges incurred will be deducted from the deposit.  If the deposit amount does not cover the charges, additional amount will be payable.  Full hire charges are payable latest by one month prior to the hire date and will not be refunded.  The hirer should take adequate Insurance to cover all liabilities and submit the policy copy to the Hall Secretary prior to event date.  Please contact the Hall Secretary for Insurance charges. 

Other Notes:

Halls are available from 6.00am till 11.00pm.  Minimum hire is 3 hours per day per hall on weekdays & 6 hours per day at weekends for the main hall.  Charges payable will be those applicable on the date of the hire, irrespective of the date on which the booking is made.
